Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a contact form on rusmatveev.com (the “Site”), I, the personal data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Ruslan Vasilyevich Matveev, a sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation (TIN 450125437046, OGRNIP 324450000018734) (the “Operator”), to process my personal data on the following terms:
1. Personal data covered
- Name (first name, last name, patronymic)
- Phone number
- Email address
- The content of the message
2. Purposes of processing
- Handling and responding to the user’s enquiry
- Contacting the user to provide a consultation
- Sending informational materials (subject to separate consent)
3. Methods of processing
Personal data is processed with and/or without the use of automated tools. Processing includes: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
4. Term of consent
This consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn. The personal data subject may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to privacy@matveo.com.
Upon withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing the personal data and destroys it within 30 (thirty) business days of receiving the withdrawal, except where processing is required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
5. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties without the data subject’s consent, except where required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
6. Legal basis
Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy published at rusmatveev.com/en/privacy.
7. Rights of the data subject
The personal data subject has the right to:
- Obtain information about the processing of their personal data
- Request that personal data be corrected, blocked or destroyed
- Withdraw this consent
- Appeal to the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor)
